CreateFaceless terms for AI Shorts generation, subscriptions, exports, Community sharing, gated YouTube publishing, refunds, and acceptable use.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CreateFaceless, a service that generates faceless short-form videos for YouTube from story lanes you select, including AI-generated scripts, images, voiceover, captions, covers, metadata, and MP4 exports. If a gated YouTube publishing feature is enabled for your account, it only operates through user-confirmed upload or schedule actions. By accessing or using CreateFaceless, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
CreateFaceless generates video content using artificial intelligence based on the options you select. Generated output is created on demand and may vary between runs. We do not guarantee that any generated video will achieve views, audience growth, or income of any kind.
You review and approve content before it is exported. The default product path is MP4 export plus copied metadata for manual publishing in YouTube Studio. If gated YouTube publishing is enabled, upload or schedule actions only occur after you connect your own channel and explicitly confirm the action.
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment provider. Plan quotas (such as the number of videos per month) reset each billing cycle and unused quota does not roll over. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan benefits remain active until the end of the paid period.
Because generated videos consume computing resources at the moment of creation, fees for billing periods in which you have generated content are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, or you subscribed but could not use the service due to a fault on our side, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case and may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
You retain ownership of the videos and assets generated for you, subject to the rights of any third-party model or asset providers involved in generation. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and process your content as needed to operate the service and, while Community Showcase sharing is enabled, to display operator-selected generated videos in CreateFaceless Community, sample, or promotional surfaces.
Community Showcase sharing is enabled by default. An internal Showcase record does not make a video public. This setting permits consideration for future public display; it does not publish a video automatically. CreateFaceless must still select a specific video before any public Community display, and your account identity is anonymous by default. You can turn sharing off in Settings or exclude an individual video from Video history. We will stop future Community display of that content and remove current Community visibility after the control is saved, while retaining private project and operational records under the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for how you use generated content, including compliance with YouTube's policies and any disclosure requirements for AI-generated content that apply to you.
If you connect a YouTube channel while gated YouTube publishing is enabled, you authorize CreateFaceless to upload or schedule videos to that channel only as you direct. You can disconnect your channel at any time, which stops future user-confirmed uploads from CreateFaceless.

The CreateFaceless website, software, and original features are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services for violations of these Terms. Where reasonable, we will provide notice before termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreateFaceless shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
