How CreateFaceless handles account, generation, billing, and support data
2026/07/13
This Privacy Policy explains how CreateFaceless collects and uses information when you visit the site, create an account, generate faceless YouTube Shorts, contact support, or manage billing.
We collect the information needed to operate the product:
We use this information to:
If you connect a YouTube channel while gated YouTube publishing is enabled, CreateFaceless uses the authorization only to perform actions you request, such as preparing a user-confirmed upload or schedule. You can disconnect your channel at any time. We do not use your YouTube connection to publish content without your confirmation.
CreateFaceless uses trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, email delivery, payments, storage, analytics, AI generation, voice, rendering, and YouTube publishing. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.
We keep account, billing, support, and project data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or tax obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and support user requests. You can contact us to request account or project deletion.
Completed non-test videos with a usable final file may be recorded in a private internal Showcase library. An internal record does not make a video public.
Community Showcase sharing is enabled by default. While it is enabled, CreateFaceless may consider a completed video for a future public Community gallery, but an operator must still select the specific video before it can be displayed. Nothing is published automatically, and your account identity is anonymous by default on any future Community presentation.
You can turn Community sharing off in Settings or exclude an individual video from Video history. Turning it off or excluding a video removes it from future public consideration and removes any current Community visibility, while your private project, export, and internal operational record remain available. Account or project deletion continues to follow the retention and deletion rules above.
We use server-side provider boundaries, access controls, and secure configuration practices to protect user data. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to limit access to the data needed for product operation and support.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product changes. When we make material changes, we will update the date on this page.
