CreateFaceless does not publish unattended Shorts on your behalf. The default path is MP4 export plus copied metadata for YouTube Studio. If a gated YouTube schedule flow is enabled, every upload still requires your confirmation; if review, OAuth, or quota limits block it, support will help identify the safest manual fallback.
Payments and entitlements are checked server-side. If you see the wrong plan, quota, checkout state, renewal, cancellation, or charge, send the account email and charge date. Refund reviews follow the terms and focus on billing errors or service faults.
Support replies from support@createfaceless.com. A specific project URL, generation time, browser, and screenshot can make troubleshooting much faster, especially for voice, captions, music, cover selection, export, or publishing-state issues.
