These product-specific terms supplement the CreateFaceless Terms of Service. They explain permitted photos, delivery, retention, music, and partial-use refunds.

Upload only a photo of yourself or another consenting adult who has agreed to this AI-generated video. Do not upload celebrities, political figures, or minors. You are responsible for having the necessary consent and rights to use the photo.

The result is generated with AI. You must label the video as AI-generated when the publishing platform or applicable rules require it, and you should not present the result as authentic footage.

The delivered files contain no RiFF RAFF song or original film audio. One version uses original or properly licensed production music; the other is fully silent. CreateFaceless does not grant music rights. Add any third-party sound through the publishing platform under that platform’s rules.CreateFaceless is not affiliated with RiFF RAFF, Tatyana Tereshchenko (@stroinaya), TikTok or Instagram, and is not endorsed by them.

Uploaded photos are retained in private temporary storage for up to 7 days. Output files are retained for up to 30 days. Download your files during that period. A browser copy selected before login is only a transition stash and expires within 24 hours.

You may request a refund within 14 days. The maximum refund is the amount actually paid minus successful videos × $5.99, with a minimum of $0. Failed generations do not count as successful use. A generation already in progress when a refund is processed is treated as used and will not return a video credit if it later fails.

Each use is intended to deliver one 13-second, 720p video in the selected 9:16 or 16:9 format, without a watermark, plus original music and fully silent download versions. Automatic retries remain in progress until the request succeeds or reaches its final failed state.
